Developmental Disability Services (DODD)
Axiom Home Healthcare LLC provides person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities through Ohio DODD services. Our trained Direct Support Professionals assist with daily living, community participation, personal care, homemaking, respite, and authorized transportation, promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful choices.
PASSPORT Home Care Services
Axiom Home Healthcare LLC provides compassionate, non-medical home care services through Ohio's PASSPORT program. Our caregivers assist eligible older adults with personal care, homemaking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily living activities. We focus on helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while respecting their dignity, preferences, and individual needs.
Non-Medical Transportation
Axiom Home Healthcare LLC provides dependable non-medical transportation services for eligible individuals through authorized programs. We assist with transportation to medical appointments, community activities, shopping, and other approved destinations. Our goal is to promote independence, community participation, and safe, reliable travel.
Flexible Care Scheduling
